        Dishonest owner, lied about the lake being private, charges way to much just for boat launching, i understand its a business but dont lie about the access to the lake.

        My family and I visited Saluda Lake Landing for vacation. We stayed at the airbnb on property. It was incredibly charming. Rustic but still very modern. The views from the lake were amazing. Tons of water activities available as well; kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding. We even ran into the new owners and they were telling us of all the events they are planning for the upcoming year. Theres a cute little cafe on property that they will be opening when its a bit warmer out. My kids loved every bit of it and have been begging to go back. To be honest I am with them on it. Saluda was the best spot for a family hang out. Some of the best memories that we will cherish forever.

        New owner $3 to fish was there 30 mins no sign of fish small water craft $5 new owner is kinda snappy and loud kinda disappointed

        Good lake launch. Under new ownership so they are building it back up. $8 for boat launch and $5 for dock fishing. They rent kayaks for $35 a day. Launch and dock open 24/7. Will soon be having cafe along with bait shop. Will definitely be going back.

      Hi Stephanie Clark,Saluda Lake Landing is under new ownership. You are absolutely correct. As far as we are aware this property as long as it’s been “owned” has always charged a fee for the use of the lakefront. Please understand that just like any kind of business, we need to charge to be able to continue to offer services so we can survive. The fact that you were able to fish here for free for a few times while ownership changed hands was a limited opportunity while it lasted but we now need to move forward towards charging. We hope that you come back out for our family friendly events so you're able to see we always strive for everyone to have a good time at Saluda Lake Landing regardless of the fish biting or not.
