        Couldnt rave about this place more!!! The atmosphere, service, and food are out of this world. They have a massive wine menu, and food for every allergy available. Very kid friendly and great for special occasions! Order: Brased Short Rib Hash, Blue Berry Pancakes, Bacon, Sourdough Toast Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and family oriented!

        One of the best dining experiences Ive had in Greenville. The burrata was the best Ive ever had and we usually order it anywhere its on the menu. I had the surf and turf and panna cotta for dessert. Crab cake was excellent, filet was perfect, green beans couldnt be fresher, and the fingerling potatoes were roasted to perfection. Panna Cotta was the perfect texture with candied hazelnuts and marshmallow drizzle. She crab soup was rich and unctuous. Drinks were next-level. Smoked old fashioned was complex and danced in my mouth but the Jessica stole the show. Sweet, activated all parts of my mouth and tongue, and finished with a peppery, jalapeo heat. You wanted to sit and savor the finish but also just keep going back for more. The staff were super attentive and kind. Patterson is now on our short list of go-to restaurants.

Just a short walk from the main hotel through a beautifully manicured lawn, "Patterson", named to honor a branch of the Hartness family tree, is set beside a beautiful, tree-lined pond. The window walls can be opened to provide a memorable outdoor dining experience on a wrap-around porch.
