Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This has to be THE friendliest BOA I have ever been to. Everyone greeted me, several people checked to see if needed help. I feel valued when I come here. I came from out-of-state, and this team reflects southern charm very well. Take all my monies.

It opened at 9am and the tellers stood around speaking versus unlocking the doors. In addition, I came to have governed issued papers from VA notarize, which CLEARLY stated more than several notaries were allotted. The teller claimed she couldnt seal it because she didnt agree with the format. However, when I went to the neighboring BOA the management notarized the same papers with NO issue. Being the seal states the State and all it required was the seal, signature, and date. What a waste of time. A little feedback is to work on customer service skills being that you all have such poor reviews.

**UPDATE MAY 2022....THIS ISSUE HAS GOTTEN BETTER** I try to use their ATM'S and there is always an issue with them being completely down or some type of transaction you want to use isn't available at that time. This area is a high traffic area and that could possibly be why. However since it is a high traffic area they need to do better about the maintenance of the ATM'S or get new ones. I went Mon of this week only for one of the two ATM'S to be completely down. So I went to the other one and I needed to deposit a check but it could only take cash. Then I went Wed and the ATM would take a check but no cash???? This is honestly like the third time I have been to this location in a month and there is ALWAYS an issue.
