Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center

I didn't purchase anything here but the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. They didn't follow us around but did check in on us to see if we were doing okay. A good selection of furniture, appliances, grills etc. Pricing was a bit expensive on some things.

I purchased a Bosch Induction Range from Jeff Lynch and paid for delivery and installation. The installer did not level the (4) feet of the range, the range was resting on the counter top with the glass cooktop. This could have caused operational issues with the range. I am thankful that the issue was discovered a couple of days later when the range had to be pulled out in order to remove the gas piping that is preventing the range to be pushed back against the wall. I wrote a letter about this issue to the store manager and he doesn't want to acknowledge that Jeff Lynch did anything wrong. Even with the Jeff Lynch installer admitting that they failed to level the (4) feet.

Recently had a couch delivered from Jeff Lynch and their drivers, Craig Kilgore and Sutton Mullins, were both outstanding. They were on-time, friendly, professional, and very careful when delivering and setting up the couch. It was a great overall experience. Thank you!

Needed a new recliner and had great selection. Go see Frank Lopez as he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was not pushy, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the chair brands. I will go back when I have other needs to see Frank Chris Dacus

Im giving 5 stars because Im satisfied with the overall job. The employees were kind and completed the job in a timely fashion. Im glad I have a working washing machine again!
