These guys want you to pay them before they even show up. They also charge a fee to diagnose even if you already know what's wrong. Unhelpful conversation overall. Would not recommend them.

I was put in contact with Metrotech for a Samsung washing machine recall and warranty repair and though that they did a good job. Our technician, Justin, was very professional and walked me through the process of what he did to fix our washing machine. There was a scheduling error that cause Justin to come out for a recall after fixing it on his first visit, which meant that a third visit was required. Despite the delay, everything is running well now and I'm thankful that Justin worked hard to make sure we were satisfied!

Showed up for 5 mins and stove still broke because they wanted a rear panel cleaned out which took under a min but now have to make another request through Samsung. Waited a week now waiting another one. Don't use and if you have to sorry for you Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Do NOT use this company! I got the complete run around when trying to get my Samsung refrigerator serviced. An absolute nightmare! I only gave them 1 star because it wouldnt let me rate them a zero.
