        I'm happy to share my experience living in this apartment complex, even though it hasnt been too long. The management team has truly impressed me with their exceptional service. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, they've responded promptly, often resolving the issue on the very same day. Sierra, who works at the front desk, deserves special recognition for her kindness and professionalism. She goes above and beyond to assist residents and ensure their needs are met. Overall, it's evident that this complex prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its residents, making everyone feel valued and special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience.

        I was planning a big work related move from HOUSTON, TX to GREENVILLE, SC remotely and completely overwhelmed by the process and concerns of getting everything finalized a thousand of miles away. Sierra New was a GODSEND! Not only was it a time crunch involved, but the expert city-to-city coordination she exhibited with the apartment lease/securement was immeasurable! She is personable, empathetic, and most of all, efficient. I have no doubt that she handles all tenant concerns with the same tenacity and expedientness. BEACON RIDGE is a hidden gem, and Sierra, its precious stone. If you are looking for a place that treats you like a priority, check this one out!
