Im a current resident who is just trying to get some answers. Ive been trying to contact the office via phone for a week and a half now and no one ever answers or calls back. I try and come in at 5 when I get off work, but whoever is working closes early and leaves before the posted time. Our package room has been out of order for a while now and there hasnt been any communication in regards to when itll be fixed. My packages have just been sitting there for days now and I cant get them unless someone is in the office (hence my issue). Apparently theres a new owner but it feels like residents have just been left out to dry. Also, whats going on with trash? Are yall not collecting it anymore?

Ive been a resident of Orchard park for 5 years and the past few months have been terrible dealing with the office staff. Theyve illegally asked for paystubs in the middle of a lease with a threat of eviction if those paystubs werent provided. Now theyve added another step of recertification to sign the lease, but when asked what its for and why Im having to do it this time and not the other times Ive resigned, I was met with an attitude and told I dont know, I just work here by Barry. Yall want something signed but cant tell me what its for and why Im doing it? Thats sketchy and suspicious. Their regional manager told them at the end of September to do research about an issue and every time Ive brought it up since, its been ignored and deflected by asking about resigning. This will be my last year at Orchard Park especially with this current management and office staff. They say they close at 5:30 when asked if theyre going to be there after 5. While it is true that they close at 5:30, they are rarely there until then. All these reviews cant be lying about that and neither can picture/video proof. In response to their response: I asked your office staff (Barry) on multiple occasions what certifyme was for and all I was told was you have to do it every time you resign the lease and when I responded with I havent had to do it the other times I was met with an attitude and said well I dont know what its for. I just do what they tell me. If you want the recording of that conversation, I can email it over. I didnt know what it was for until you all had Travis call me about this review and I asked him.

I was very interested in looking at an apartment but based on no one reaching out to me after I scheduled and online tour and me going in person and pulling on a locked office door after several attempts and after seeing someone who worked there obviously unlock the door from a lunch break apparently and then lock it back up, right as I was about to walk into the office. You guys can kick rocks!
