Hey ANYYY wrong reviews on this sanctuary is totally bogus and untrue!!! This to be honest with you are the greatest apartments that you can get , Mrs Jill is literally a mother figure to anyone she will take care of you as if you are her own child, literally feel free to ask for whatever you need and I promise you will she will provide thick and thin!!! if you're looking to save a whole boatload of money in BEYOND AMAZING family-oriented environment where their security officers and polices on standby literally in your neighborhood for protection what are you waiting for to come to 230 pelham? Go ahead and get you an apartment that you will consider a home! It's a very spacious very clean, not ever pest or rodent problems , COME JOIN THE FAMILY ! God Bless

I am not sure where to start but I want to brag on Bailey and Jill !! My moving process was one of anxiousness , etc but these two ladies did an excellent job of making the process as smooth as possible ! I couldn't be more happy with the efforts they put forth to get me situated in my new apartment . The complex is peaceful , nice scenery , and your children can get out and play . Thankful to be a resident and would recommend the above ladies to anyone for Pelham Apartments. Thanks ladies for your hard outstanding work . I appreciate you !!

I have been with Pelham Apartments for a year. My lease was up in December of 2023 and I still have never met such an amazing group of women. Jill in particular got me through very hard times living there and made me feel safe on my worst days. I'm with a different complex now but will never find another Jill or anyone compared to the people who work at Pelham apartments. They will make your experience worth while, I suggest if anyone is having any issues just communicate in a nice, down to earth way. They will help you, I promise. Jill makes you feel like so much more then an apartment number, wish I could being these ladies with me forever .Miss you guys

If you do inquire on these properties be sure to talk to Jill, she is absolutely amazing at her job and genuinely cares about the tenants she sets up with housing. She listens to your questions and her goal is to find you affordable housing, not to make money off of you. Move out update. It's fair to say that friendly leasing to get you in is probably the only thing good about this property, if you end up getting placed in any unit upstairs attached to the concrete stairs BE CAREFUL! I fell multiple times because they are wayyyy to slick to not have any warnings, your best bet is non slip shoes. In the winter your heat will barely work, unless you want to put it up to 75 and have your power bill be 250$ for a one bedroom apartment. Oh and if you plan to move out early due to poor service just know you're going to get at least one text a day about them asking for money thats not due for another week, even if you've paid your rent early every single month. And if you have pets.. just be careful, my dog suddenly passed away from what appeared to be poisoning, but they claim to use pet friendly chemicals.
