    hey guys i currently live in a place and i hate it.. not the apartments just the house im currently in. Besides that me and my mom are trying to move but she has bad credit due to a situation thats not really her fault. Do they allow people with bad credits here??

    The two ladies in the office are unprofessional.The manager is never at work she has my money order locked in her office for weeks now i keep coming by to get it she is never here and Ariel keep saying come back tomorrow and its nothing she can do. I asked for corporate number Ariel said they aint gone do nothin.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! If I could give this apartment 0 stars, I absolutely would!!!!! I lived here for one year and had issues from the time I moved in!! When I signed my lease, they had a special for a month and a half off up front. It took them over a month to get the credit applied, claiming they did not handle this process. They continuously kept trying to get me to pay for the rent before they applied the credit but I refused! There was a TERRIBLE roach problem. I tried to be understanding at first since it was clear majority of the units in this complex were empty. The exterminator had to come out 4 times before anything started to improve. Killed over 10 per day!!! Move forward to the Spring, I complained that there was mold all over my vents and throughout my apartment. The property manager stated that it was only dust and refused to send a professional out to check. There was also a leak in the bathroom floor. Every time I would step into the bathroom, water would seep through the floor and leave the mats and entire bathroom smelling moldy and soaked. This eventually lead to the water seeping into my closet. Causing mold to grow on my clothes and shoes. She argued that I could pay for one to come out myself and of course they would not reimburse me. The stackable washer and dryer are the cheapest they could find. They broke 3-4 times, each time I had to wait at least 3 weeks for them to come out after calling daily. The maintenance guys tore the front of the machine off of my washer and never came back to fix it. When I stopped by the office, the property manager told me that other tenants had more important issues than mine so they would not contact corporate to get it fixed. I called myself and they finally sent something out. The last 4 months of my lease, the air did not work at all. Even in the winter, I would wake up dripping sweat because there was no regulated air throughout the unit. When it was time for me to decide whether I wanted to renew my lease or not, I was told that they actually had the complete wrong dates (one year ahead of my correct dates) on my lease so I had to stay otherwise I would have to pay a fee to break my lease even though I had already been there a year. When I asked if the lease could be corrected, she suggested not saying anything to corporate so that we could finesse the rate. In September 2023, the property went under new management and completely deactivated the tenant portal. They did not notify tenants of this until 9/1. At the time they offered the FLEX rent option, they stated this was no longer an option to pay rent and even though they gave us no prior notice, they stated we were still required to pay the full amount by the 5th otherwise they would add late fees and file eviction. Month after month, there were just continuous issues. Please save yourself the headache.

    *UPDATE : 02/12/2024* Ive attached a picture of what appears to be black mold that I found when I was cleaning out my closet. Please look at the reviews before you even dare think about moving here. I am also STILL picking up trash thats been carelessly left behind that maintenance seems too good to pick up themselves. The Franklin Johnson Group are a negligent and incapable management team that need to leave this property.*UPDATE: 01/13/2024* Nothing is more disgusting than finding used condoms when youre out walking the property. The most inconsiderate kind of people live here who have no wherewithal that others live here, too. I truly hope this place goes out of business. I cant even begin to explain how distressing it is to reside in a dwelling with a clueless and negligent management team.*UPDATE: 09/27/23* The Franklin Johnson Group has become the new property management. Look at the reviews and expect the same outcome here. If you can move, I highly recommend you do so. Theres no point in trying to address concerns; office staff do not care. Im letting ANYONE know who is interested in moving hereDO NOT DO IT! Look up The Franklin Johnson Group. These people are notorious for squeezing money out of you, raising rent, and not fulfilling work orders regarding maintenance work. If you currently have to reside here due to your lease, KEEP ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTATION. If you HAVE to interact with office staff, mark it somewhere so you will have a paper trail of all your conversations because these people LIE! EXPECT THE WORST FROM THESE PEOPLE AND PREPARE FOR THE WORST. I cannot stress that enough. *UPDATE*: What was once a quiet community is now loud with disrespectful tenants and unsupervised kids. These same kids are the ones trashing the property as well as I've witnessed every day. -- Do not move here. This place used to be a great place to live when Greystar managed it. Now that Weller Management has replaced them, these apartments have gone downhill fast. The property is disgusting with trash everywhere that I have tried to clean up myself. The pool hasn't been cleaned in years, so now the water is green and the pool itself has collected mold. There was supposedly a leak that needed to be rectified which obviously was never fixed, so I guess the pool is just going to be left the way it is. You would think management would want to put a tarp over the water to prevent green water, but looks like we're dealing with incompetent people that don't know what they're doing. The poop stations are almost NEVER changed. They are always overflowing until they are finally changed which is a problem. There's also only ONE maintenance person that I know of to handle this property which isn't enough. They seem to be unable to keep any maintenance people for a long period of time, so there's that to consider if anyone is considering moving to these god awful apartments. They are supposedly luxurious apartments which is nothing but a lie. They're old. These are OLD apartments, so there is constantly issues with the appliances. In fact, the weather strip on my door needed to be replaced and I'd have to put in an order for it. With one maintenance person? God only knows how many orders the poor guy has. So I had to put my own money out to replace it. Also, there is no security whatsoever. I tried contacting the supposed security person because we have people who like to scream and yell at all hours of the night. The man wasn't on the property, so there went that. Talk about not feeling safe in your own home, right? Overall, this place is no longer a decent place to live and I do not recommend moving here. Especially for the asking price. Like other reviews, these people do not care about you; they only want your rent money so they can spend it on god knows what. Definitely not to keep the place clean, that's for sure.

    I initially liked the way they were very friendly and helpful. I paid for the application fee and admin fee of $250 and was informed by Brianna that if I got denied I would receive $200 back and unfortunately I was denied so I waited well over a month to receive my check in the mail but it never came so I called and was advised that it would take up to 30 days once mailed out....waited another month and still nothing so I called and asked what was going on she said she could see it hadn't been sent out yet so I was to call back in a few days which I did and then she was trying to send it out herself somehow but wasn't able to so she said call back next week to give her time to contact management and see what was going on..... called back the next week and I'm told management would contact me the following day and never received a call from them. I called again the following week and told her nobody ever contacted me and if I could get management's number to call them which she didn't give me the number she said she thinks the district manager or someone else would be in the office a little later that say and I should try back which I did and didn't get an answer.... I have been calling and calling and getting the run around which is crazy but I will be going back to the office today and see what's going on cause it's been a good 4 going on 5 months and I need my $200
