I ordered a Valentine's Day Special Bouquet - Standard 1/14/2024, a month before Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day comes and goes...no flowers delivered to the specified address. I write a lengthy email asking for clarification on the matter...no response. I call the store for clarification...no one answers. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charge on my card for a product not provided and possible fraudulent business activity. This is completely unprofessional to not answer any form of communication after a product was not provided or service was not rendered. I would steer clear of this business.
Update: business owner called me after she had seen my 1-Star Review here. She claimed that that the driver made an attempted delivery to my address...there was no attempted delivery. I have a Ring camera that sees all neighborhood street traffic and there was never an attempted delivery, nor did anyone attempt to call me. She claimed that I could come pick them up (this was supposed to be a delivery service for Valentine's flowers on Valentine's day). Then, when I told her it was too late to come pick up Valentine's flowers the day after, she began to lecture me about how "love goes beyond Valentine's Day," and "people who focus too much on one day of love get divorced." It is unprofessional and unbecoming as a business owner to lecture your clients, especially when the business is at fault. Lesson learned: order from Tiger Lily.
