Wells Fargo Bank

Wanted to charge $7.50 to cash a check issued by Wells Fargo. Thats a sad policy. Do you not stand by the money in your bank?

Current customer, came in at 4:30pm to open a different type of account that I was planning to transfer over 100k into, but unfortunately they decide to stop taking customers at 4pm, when they close at 5pm. I spoke to another branch and was told they were required to take customers up until 5pm. Guess Ill take my money elsewhere.

3mins sitting in the waiting area, not one person teller, loan officer or agent said a word to me. It was like I was invisible. No hello, someone will be with you shortly, nothing. I don't even know why I bothered. They never acknowledge customers...sad & unprofessional

Very disappointed with this bank got off of work trying to start an account they treated me like I was scum or beneath them by far I realized I was dealing with high levels of racism they denied me to open an account after they made me wait so long racist bank very disappointed I do good for myself but they tried to treat me like your kind aint welcome
