Before working with The Lafayette Team, I didn't even think I could qualify to buy a home. I was frustrated with renting, but didn't realize I had any other options. Debi showed me that not only was home ownership within my grasp, but she also had the perfect listing in mind for me. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions, and Debi was there every step of the way with the right answers and advice. The whole process seemed to flow smoothly, which I know is down to her working tirelessly behind the scenes to get me the best deal possible. Her team member Mallory was fantastic too, making sure I was always up to speed with the closing process. Im beyond thrilled with my new place and so grateful to Debi and The Lafayette Team. For anyone on the fence about buying a home, I can't recommend them enough! They truly go above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect home.

If it were possible to provide 6 or more stars I would! Debi and her team were absolutely amazing and handled everything from coordinating contractors to prep the property for sale to staging it to look amazing. If you are looking for a world class experience, I would urge you to list your property with the Lafayette Team or if your looking to purchase a home in the Lake Murray area they are your team too! Absolutely incredible work by a world class real estate team!

Can't brag enough about this real estate company! Especially Chris Warner. He was my realtor, I had problems arise nearly a year after i sold my property with the mortgage company sending me a letter saying my pay off had not been satisfied. I now live in another state but I contacted Chris and he was all over this problem to get it resolved. He was even out of the country when I reached out to him and he still got right on it!! You are not going to find a better Real estate team!!!
