        Do not try to take old warranty receipts to this location unless you are ready to argue with the store for over an hour!!! I tried to receive a LIFETIME warranty on a part with my receipt they told me because there system cant go back 3 years that I would need to call Customer Service I did that and even the Customer Service lady asked why they needed anything from her if I have the receipt She talked to them and asked them to do a manual exchange ( which they could have done the whole time ) terrible Customer Service in store - if a Customer has their receipt, give them what they need!!! We cannot control your system but you need to honor what our receipts say!!

        Worst Advance Auto ever, this is the third time I have done an online order. Drive almost 30 mins. To be told they dont have it. I ask why didnt give a call to let me know. They said its not their job. WOW, customer service at its best. This store has really went down hill since change of management. Very dirty compared to other stores.

        Needed fuel cap and had bad battery terminals... Mark could not have been more helpful: he walked out with me to make sure the cap fit, and then let me use some tools to clean my batt terminals and then showed me the sprays to protect them. Very professional and friendly. Thank you.
