My son this service for the first time and he was thoroughly disappointed. The information on the tax return was incorrect. Michael did not electronically file tax return. As I examined the tax return further the numbers just did not add up. Michael should not be doing personal or business taxes period. My son will never use this service again. I urge all who are reading these reviews take them to heart. He has 1 star for a reason. When I addressed my concerns he doubled down by being condescending toward his own mistakes. He racially profiled my son who is a black business owner and alluded that he could not possibly be a business owner nor have business deductions because he's currently living in an apartment. The unprofessionalism was abominable. DO NOT LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOUR W-2!!

Stay far away from this Clown. He has no business doing anything with other peoples money or taxes. He fails to submit paperwork and just makes things up on your tax return. Clown! Clown! Clown!

Absolute clown!! Supposedly efiled my taxes in August of last year. Here we are almost April and still nothing(cant even locate it on the website, doubt it was ever submitted). He messed up my name and address on my taxes. He is very non responsive. Zero follow up game. He somehow managed to submit my other tax return electronically at the end of the year when the IRS was no longer accepting efiling(he lied). This guy is nothing but empty promises and regret. Do NOT do business with him. Update: Just got off the phone with the IRS, he never submitted my 2020 taxes or 2021 taxes!!! i paid him for both!! I want a refund ASAP
