        I am updating my review as either the store or FedEx found my package, what, 2 months later? My friend called me from Columbia saying the package finally arrived and either FedEx found it or this store found it and sent it. You cant really tell by tracking. I am thankful this was resolved HOWEVER i still dont appreciate how it was handled and feel David could use some classes in customer service. Will likely never come here again because of the issue, however i just wanted to fairly update my review since the package was finally found.

        I cant say enough good things about the staff at The Postal Route. Ive been a very happy customer for more than 20 years. Im especially thankful today for Tony in the Print Shop, who came to my rescue.

      Sydny: I apologize for your experience, but your statements are totally inaccurate. First, we have both a self-serve Kiosk that customers can use for drop-off receipts and a photo grid that a picture can be taken by the customer. Second, we are extremely knowledgeable on shipping internationally and in fact one of the largest international shippers in the United States for small packages. Specifically, to your package, you dropped off, we scanned it, and we tendered it to the carrier. The following day the carrier called us stating that the paperwork was incomplete for export and needed to speak with you. However, you have never shipped at our store, and you are not in our data base. So, they will be reaching out to the receiver to obtain the information needed to export your package. You need to have the person that created the label contact the carrier and resolve the issue. My staff did exactly as they should have done, and it is not within our scope to determine if the information on individual shipments was done correctly. Regards, David Celec, Owner
