Chris and his assistant Morgan did an amazing job in getting our mortgage loan in place. We were struggling with getting another lending institution to act on our loan request in a timely manner. I want to give a BIG shout out to Chris Coghill! My client started out using a lender that he had used many times and this time it did not go well. When we saw the deal was going south, I picked up the phone a few hours before DD ended and explained everything to Chris and asked him if he thought he could make this happen (it was a good deal but the other company was just asking for a lot of unnecessary items that were going to delay closing - and they kept changing their minds on what they wanted). Anyway, Chris, talked with his people, came back quickly and said yes. We ended up closing just 6 days past the original close date - and 14 days from the time Chris took it over. Chris, you are a ROCKSTAR! Thank you all!
