        We started to use Tru - Hilton's because we have a dog and the floors are laminate or vinyl. We don't like carpeted rooms because the carpet hold animal smells. Our last Tru-Hilton stay was in Fort Mill, SC. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty much the same in each Tru-Hilton which is a plus. I think they should put a ceiling light in the rooms and disinfect the floors after each use. We could definitely tell our room wasn't disinfected. More towels and a cup in the bathroom would have been nice.And only one roll of toilet paper! More supplies in the bathrooms.

        Room was clean. But walls are paper thin. Been listening to neighboring rooms TV all day and night. Wish the rooms would have the ability to turn the AC fan to constant on which would help to drown out the noise.
