        Cynthia has a nasty attitude. She got upset because I decided to use cash to purchase coins vs taking the money from my account because I didnt want to fill out a withdrawal form. She sat the bag of coins on left of her where another teller would have been sitting and never said anything more to me, not a thank you, have a nice day, nothing! I grabbed my brown bag and walked out.

        I came here after Rivergate location fail to help me with a wire transfer at 4pm (1hr before closing). Patricia was available, knowledge and help me with my transfer within 15 mins . This will be my preferred location now even if I have to drive further.
