I am so excited to have Mike as our new property manager! Ive lived here for 3 years and he has by blown me away with his professionalism. I was locked out of my apartment and made a call to after hours emergency maintenance. Luckily he was working hard EVEN AFTER HOURS, called me back immediately and was able to help. It was my first time meeting him and I was even more impressed to be approached with such a positive attitude and great energy with the extra hours he has been working! He really shows his dedication to his position and how much he cares for the residents who live here! Thanks again Mike!

His professionalism and personable demeanor left a lasting impression, making me feel genuinely valued as a potential resident. Meeting Jenny and the maintenance team further reinforced the welcoming atmosphere of the community. With apartments priced within my budget and a straightforward application process, I'm eagerly anticipating my move next month. My only hope is that the construction of the upgraded clubhouse and gym, as depicted on the design board, will be completed in time for my arrival, as the space appears to be truly remarkable.
