They did a great job for what they are supposed to do. However, not more than 2 months after they cleaned our dryer vent, we ended up having a dryer fire! Thankfully, someone was home at the time, and it didn't cause much damage. I called the next day, and the owner explained that they only clean from the dryer out, but you still need to clean lint from the dryer itself. I told him that, as a customer, I was not aware of this, as I thought that hiring his company would be all that was needed to prevent a fire. I suggested that they should have their technicians inform people that they only do one part, and the other, inside of the dryer part, was also dangerous and also important . He was pretty rude, and said, "it's on the website ". I said, not a lot of people sit down and read your website. They go there to get your number and that's it. It's a pretty vital detail, since your service DOESN'T actually prevent fires on its own. He kind of laughed me off. So, the point of this review is, check the inside of your dryer. This company doesn't do that, and doesn't tell you to do that. Their service alone won't prevent a fire. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
