        Preparer was slow and unsure of herself. She made several mistakes and had to keep going back. The real problem was the price. ($645) I didnt know that it was legal to charge so much. Thats almost 10 times the advertised price.($69) I sure hope it was done correctly. I would not go there again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

        Didnt feel confidence in my preparer. She made mistakes and had to backtrack several times. At one point, I showed her the mistake. Outrageous charge for the service. I will never go back and warn everyone I see about this place.
