We were in town finishing a large project and needed a part at the last minute and decided we would give our business to a small business versus the big box stores, my husband went inside for the part , a female behind the counter was rude from the moment he started the transaction. He attempted to describe the part he needed and the female responded with If you don't know what it is How am I suppose to know and remained in her chair and looked away. Luckily a customer that was in the store overheard the conversation and helped him with the name of the part , it was a pex clamp . the female then proceeded to ask for his identification , we are still not sure why since the receipt simply reads cash customer. My husband proceeded to give her the Bosses credit card and she slammed it down and said to him can't take that, when he asked why she responded the name doesn't match the ID does it? He went on to explain we were in town and it was a company card. We can appreciate the fact that they are matching identification to the name om the credit card because of fraudulent transactions. However where was the customer service and the willingness to help a customer . This was only a 25.00 transaction and We will probably never go back to this establishment but it's not the first time the female has treated people like that. A couple of people have since informed us that she is always miserable and hateful. They also recommend that if we do go back only deal with the gentleman.
