rude lady picked up and was nasty not professional and told us because we accidentally had a family emergency ten mins before apt that we never could go back . She should be ashamed to work in the health field i take it seriously seeing i also do and she calls her self the manager. Dont worry tho miss rude lady im sure one day you have a family emergency and u will get treated the same

Every single time i take my kids here even for a basic cleaning the wait time PAST the appointment time is absolutely ridiculous. we have experienced a minimum 45 minutes to an hours wait time after the scheduled appointment time regardless of showing up early every time we go.

Highly recommend! This is a great pediatric dentist. This office is designed to make children feel comfortable and safe. This office made the visit less scary as a parent of two special needs children. This dentist office is the absolute best experience I had living in the Florence area. My son is non verbal autistic and hates going to any medical offices. Not the dentist office. He allows the dentist to look just long enough lol. The staff is very patient and polite. Moving from the area is sad when you get great places like this. Thank you so much for you services.

I am absolutely disgusted with the fact parents are not allowed back there with the children!! I have lived in many states and have brought my children to many different doctors and dentists and I have always been able to go back with them. I wish I would have known this before and I wouldn't have driven an hour to come!
