The customer service is very poor and the atmosphere not good . Theres only a few good people as staff work there that cares. Two of the staff were very rude to my senior father. The staff have not completed her job by input my senior father updated information into the computer right. It hurt my father and me for the way how we were treated. My father been going to stokes for a long time. They dont make sure the clients are straight and providing them information for their needs. The billing department was the only ones that is friendly. I call and put in a complaint to the manager about a staff , which is the staff manager and I didnt receive a call back with apologies and concerns. They fail to realize that, they would not have a job without the patients. You get more bees with honey.

When you go to Stokes you better pack a lunch. Typical waiting time is over 2 hours, Although the doctors are great they need to do something about this wait time.

Dr doesnt respect patients time. Was 1 hour late for the appointment
