Seeing some of these reviews im shocked! my daughter has been seeing CPNP Haley Jackson since she was born and I absolutely adore her and so does my daughter. never noticed any red flags going here! everyone has always been super sweet to me. I love it here and dont plan on leaving any time soon!

My child is a patient of Dr. Montes-Ramos. I have never had an issue with her. She has always addressed my concerns.

Mrs. Emma is the front desk clerk and my appt was @ 830. The lobby begin to pack up with patient and I watched her clear them all out by checking them in and promptly everyone was seen. After being seen, I rushed out being called into work and completely forgot Dr. Notes for my kids. I called Mrs. Emma and she was kind and understanding and effeciently assisted me. I always appreciate Great Customer service. As a single Mom who balances Alot, I hope she knows just what a difference she has made.

Theres not enough words to describe how awful this place is. The doctors here are exceptionally awful. They will gaslight you, dismiss your concerns and your pain cuz muh mental illness, and they will - generally speaking - just treat you like a sad sack of garbage. Place is full of pill-pushing doctors with a terrible bedside manner. Youd think as a doctor, its your job to help people, and to reassure people if they really are okay - but downright being abusive to someone just because they have health concerns just doesnt bode well. I would never in my life recommend anyone go to this place, lest they enjoy being treated like theyre crazy. Btw - the gaslighting IS real and intense af. Ive experienced debilitating pain my entire life just to be told that I need antidepressants. No other tests were done, btw. No physicals, X-rays, etc. Was told strait up that I was depressed and its all in my head. This place hides behind the cutesy name hope health but it seems pretty hopeless once you have experienced it all. Last thing - If you schedule for an appointment outside of the one they already give you, they WILL make you wait LITERAL HOURS to be seen, especially if you are chronically ill (they think youre lying). If you want answers to Ur medical issues, you will never receive any here. If I could, I would give this place a literal zero star rating.

Worst experience ever!!! If i could give a -*, i would. They don't have a clue on what they are doing. And the clerk in the middle has an extremely bad attitude, even throwing her hands in the air shaking her head saying "I don't care." And my daughter asked me "why was she acting like that?" I tried to get my daughters immunization records and health assessments because we moved to another state. I tried to get it faxed to my job, that never came. Then I tried to get it sent to office depot and that didn't happen either. So then I drive 2.5hrs after speaking to a nurse who says she never got anything. But yet twice already they supposedly sent the faxs. And I get the angry front desk clerk lady. And I still don't have what I need to enroll my daughter. So a week and a half later still nothing. They definitely don't care about patients.
