    They have an apparent attitude that my time is not as valuable as theirs is. The wait in an office with a closed door was ridiculous 45 minutes terrible customer service.

    I have seen Dr. Don Behling since I was a baby and he is simply amazing to me and my little boy. However, the past several months I have had several large issues with the office staff and nurses. In November of 2021 due to unfortunate circumstances, me and my son had to have an order of protection put in place. I had a doctors appointment for my son the same day the order was issued and gave the office staff a copy so I could have that person removed from future updates or calls. In February of 2022, I added his step dad to the consent for information so he would be able to take him while I was working. In April 2022 I received a very disturbing voicemail stating that since they could not get in touch with me that morning concerning my sons appointment, they called the person we have the order of protection against and left them a voicemail. I was EXTREMELY upset and had to go back to the office, give them a copy of the order of protection for a 2nd time, and sign a brand new consent. Today my son had an appointment and his step dad took him. An hour after they got there I received a call from the office stating he could not legally sign the consents for his immunizations, I was the only one listed. Keep in mind Ive completed 2 consents at this point with everyone I wanted to take to his appointments. So I had to stop everything I was doing at work to deal with this mess just for my son to not receive them in the end. The nurse also asked his step dad if I would be coming up there to sign the consent after I told her twice and the front desk 3 times that I was at work and could not do anything. Becky at the front desk had an attitude any time Ive called over the past couple of months and Ive been placed on hold multiple times and forgotten about. The nurses that work for Dr. Behling also have horrible attitudes. This has been my go to office for years and where I recommended lots of people to go, but after today I will sadly not return. The office staff has gone extremely down hill the past couple of years and Im extremely sad to have to leave. Please do not go here if you are looking for friendly office staff that care for you, your health, or your time.

    They no longer will take Pt's on Medicare, although the Dr. will say they will. They will not notify established Pt's they no longer will see you until you need your medicine. It's no wonder you see different employees every time you go for your visit. The turnover is unreal.

    On February 22, 2021 I called Dr. Alexanders office with some concerns about my mothers test results, The receptionist wrote down my concerns.She was very nice and stated to me that she would have the nurse to call me back approximately 4:45 The nurse ,Tracey returned my call the same day with the notes the receptionist have given her. I immediately started asking her questions and expressed my concerns about the previous diagnosis, based on the test results , She had a very rude tone when answering my questions and even said at one point Say What ? as if I was a bother. Her behavior was very unprofessional. I was reluctant to ask any further questions at that point which resulted still in a very unclear understanding of my mothers needs based on her test results.This office needs to ensure that their staff is personable and provide adequate care to their patients and their families.
