        Just got home. My wife is crying. After waiting a few months for a second visit, there was no review of multiple billable tests that were taken. Unresponsive after listening to Jan's needs. Insurance paid big time. We waited and hoped, big time. Now, there might be an opening to talk to someone in a month or so. Maybe. But no dates available at the moment. WTF? I haven't felt this abused, for several decades.

        Michael Roycroft is a very compassionate counselor. He communicates in a very caring way. I definitely recommend him if you are experiencing depression and/or anxiety.
