        Best experience ever at the Kays in Florence SC. Renate was my salesperson she was patient and very knowledgeable of the stones . I went in for my regular inspection for my current bridal set that I had for 16 years. She suggested I trade in. I had never been told that I was able to do a trade in. I had been going to this store for the past 16 years never informed of this . She helped me picked out the most exquisite upgrade. So thankful for her. Renate is the BEST.
