        I have been very disappointed with this Allstate office. I have been here for several years a few too long. I canceled my Mortgage insurance with them and was told the money would be refunded in 30 days and after 32 days they still had not refunded my money. I had to call the office back AGAIN and I was told there was a processing error!! No joke!! Operator Error! I was canceling because I was being charged over $600 more a year than where I moved my insurance with the very same coverage Terrible Office, definitely not reliable people. Not mad, not surprised but I dont think I should have to do their job.

        I have yet to submit a claim. So I cannot speak for anything except your premiums are lower than my previous insurer.
