McLeod Health

I am a victim of insurance fraud. Someone in registration at the Florence McLeod Health clinic is using my name and address to cover for someone who is incarcerated and visited their clinic twice in Apri 2023. I have been receiving the bills for these visits and now am receiving collection agency notices, despite the fact that I live in a different state and have never been to this facility. I've spoken to Tasha Ludd, Shawn, Mike, and Kelsey (four occasions since Nov 2023). They were helpful and understood my issue, but the managers refused to speak to me and said they do not believe that I am not the incarcerated person. I provided my driver's license and was told I am clearly not the person. The SSN and the cell phone they have associated with the visit are not mine, but they still refuse to relinquish me of a debt of more than $1600. I filed a claim with the SC Dept of Insurance Fraud Dept and I have an investigator with the Florence County Sheriff's department investigating the incident for me. I will continue to make this situation public until I receive a written notification from McLeod Health that I am absolved of this debt. I could not choose zero stars for this review.

Had an excellent experience in PTCU at Mcleod. Had the best nurse Becky Kennedy RN. My Dad was in very good hands while in this unit.

Its been horrible so far because Ive been trying to get scheduled for 4 months now and keep getting canceled and to top it off the woman named PAGE is very rude and completely could not tell me any information about anything.. my experience wouldve been a lot better if she couldve just told me anything besides, I dont know Im surprised they still have her working there

McLeod is definitely the choice for medical excellence! They have always found the problems that my local hospital missed. They are truly a blessing to the Pee Dee area!

Hands down the worst experience ever. There is two kids in the waiting room who have not been seen one being here since 2:30am. NO ONE has gone back to see a doctor. Only the initial exam where they get your blood pressure. No one will tell us anything
