Barbara Wiliams that is untrue. They were not your flowers they were your daughter's flowers. I sent the flowers your daughter ordered with the casket spray, a large arrangement, another urn, and a peace lily. The person who passed was one of our church members and I made sure that everything was there at the time of the viewing. When you called me I called the funeral home and they told me the flowers were there and the young lady read the card to me so they had to be there for her to know what was on the card. You insisted the flowers were not there and while I was trying to figure out what was going on you hung up on me. I genuinely care and was trying to figure it out. You were ridiculously childish and rude. You must have found out they did have the flowers, but you did not call me. Your daughter was just as terrible and ridiculous as you were. I noticed you did not leave a bad review for Stoudenmire-Dowling FH. You blamed the entire issue on me without questioning them. I explained to you that we deliver the flowers to the flower room at the funeral home. Once we deliver the flowers it is out of our control what happens to them. The flowers ordered by your daughter were delivered at the time I told you they were. I am a good person. I try very hard to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability, and I do NOT take advantage of anyone. If I make a mistake I will admit it and try to correct it, but if I did not I will defend my honor at whatever cost. You have insulted my honor, my character, and my word, and it is not ok! You made your post sound like I delivered the flowers to the funeral home after you called me. I did not have time to make flowers and deliver to the funeral home as quickly as I responded to your call. Again, you have lied and you are trying to mislead people about the events of this order. And I hope you know that I have never had a problem with a customer not receiving an order. This issue has been extremely frustrating. I will now have a delivery form for the funeral home to sign when we deliver flowers and if they refuse we will take their picture with the flowers. If you could have just been kind and considerate we could have gotten to the bottom of this issue.
