Cappi's Cleaners

I took a bed spread to Cappies on Second Loop Rd. a couple of days before Christmas. I knew it would not be ready before Dec. 25th I told her that was fine I wasn't a hurry. I went back after Jan. 1 and I was told they were backed up because of the holidays. I understood so about 5 days later it still was not there. By this time I was beginning to be concerned. I decided to call Jan. 15, by this time it had been over 3 weeks. I was told the spread was there. I told the lady I wanted my spread cleaned or not. She said she would relay the info. She called me back with in 30 min. and was told the spread was there. I immediately went to pick it up. She said a new employee had put it in the wrong place. I told her that the cleaners should give me a discount. She replied, " for what"' I have been a customer over 5 yrs. but not any more. That was the wrong thing to say.

Brought a fairly expensive shirt to get dry cleaned. They attached a sticker to the shirt label that does not come off.

I love the cleaners. I wear only linen shirts and they take care of my shirts splendidly. I work in a local Health Care Agency and it's amazing how many folks that you get to run into actually comments on the fact that the shirts are crisp and sharp-looking. Of course I owe that to the cleaner. And the prices are just right.
