I switched to this dentist September of this year. I had a cleaning and eval, then had some fillings. I had more filling scheduled. The dentist recommended I use nitrous oxide (at a cost of $95). I confirmed my appointment the day before and told them I would forgo the nitrous. The lady called me the next day, an hour and a half before my appointment, to reconfirm and again I said no nitrous. She said the dentist really recommended it, again I refused. She then said shed need to talk to him and called me back saying he really recommends I use the nitrous and its for my own comfort. When I again refused she said he wouldnt do the work if I didnt use the nitrous. Very disappointing practices.
