You have one of the most rudest employees working I have ever met here. They call her Ms. Nita and every time I come to this store, she has an attitude waiting for me. I don't say anything when I come in. All I want is 2 cups of coffee for my thermos, and she sparks off with the attitude. I don't see how you can employ someone who is so disrespectful. I'm gonna keep coming back to this store, and every time she plucks my nerve, I'm gonna write you a letter of concern.

Paid for gas at the pump and for a car wash. Drove around back and found hand written note that the wash was not working. Went inside and asked for a refund of $15.88 for the wash. Clerk said they could not give any refunds. Said only the manager could give refunds. At 6:18 am the manager was not there. We were traveling from NY to Florida and could not hang around for manager to show up. THERE WAS NO NOTICE AT THE PUMPS THAT THE WASH WAS OUT OF ORDER. BAD BUSINESS.

Rude, disrespectful, unapologetic cashiers. Was talking on her cell phone while I was trying to cash in my lottery tickets. Instead of cash them in, she reprinted them. Then had nerve to tell me I should have told her I wanted otherwise. She would not give her name when asked nor would the other cashier. Barely was able to get a time when the manager would in store or the manager name.

My daughter lost her shoe outside the store getting back in the car, we called about it and the girl said she didnt know I told her we were in the first parking spot she said she would go look, she set the phone on the counter and I could still hear her talking. She never left then just hung the phone up. I called back several times and they would not answer. Called from a different number and they answered and she said she didnt see it. My daughter wore them in the store and then at the next stop one was gone. I dont understand why people cant just have a little decency and actually look. I guess I should have known when nobody spoke when you walked in the door they looked like they hated their life and when you say thank you they dont even say anything at all in return.
