Unorganized and unfriendly. The insurance company made reservations for me and they didn't even have the vehicle ready. They were not sure they would even have one available for me. They should monitor the reservations better to avoid over booking. Huge inconvenience for me since I lived 45 minutes away.

Horrible experience!!! My insurance made reservations for me a week ago. Why should I have to have a major credit card if my insurance is paying for my rental ? When I went there all I needed was a bank issued debit card now today they gotta do a credit check ! Im not trying to buy a freaking car Im just trying to get a rental !! Ill never refer anyone to Hertz on 2nd loop

Sounds like a lot of questionable and unprofessional tactics and are going on at this Hertz location, to include some customers feeling discriminated against. I have always preferred Hertz over Enterprise, but this location seen to be ruining their reputation. I'm looking to rent a vehicle for this weekend, but as a Customer and a Business Owner, NOTHING is more important to me than CUSTOMER SERVICE, and due to the comments I've read, I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION. WE GET TO DO WHAT WE WANT doesn't work at all for Customers spending Their Own Money!!! Thanks to All who take the time out to share, I'm learning to pay attention to reviews...Maybe the Cooperate Office Of Hertz Should Too...They Need To Save Their Reputation. PLEASE ADVISE THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION THAT HOW THE CONSUMERS FEEL AND HOW THEY ARE TREATED DOES MATTER...CUSTOMERS ARE HOW Y'ALL GET PAID!!! If they don't Iike helping people...they shouldn't be in a Customer Service Position...AT ALL....and that Definitely includes THE MANAGER!!! I'll continue my search elsewhere...and as much as I despise Enterprise...I may have to use them this time.
