Needed a new key fob battery, had to insert it myself, the clerk did not want to touch it. Could have gone to Walmart if I had to do it myself, disappointed.

One of my brake pads fell out this morning on a car I just bought. I called a bunch of people in town and they didn't have the pads, including this location, but Ramon told me to come on in and he'd have the parts for me by the end of the day. When I got there 10 minutes later, Ramon walked in right behind me with the brake pads. In that short amount of time he had driven to the other store to get those pads for me. Now that's customer service.
