        Saw an authorized charge on my account and my husbands card has been declining all day but the lack of customer service on weekends causes us to have to wait until Monday to find out about the fraudulent charge and card that isn't working. By then, our entire account could be cleaned out. We plan to close our account as soon as we can get direct deposit transferred to our other bank that has no issue with having full customer service available at all times.

        They are a good bank, but Im supposed to get paid via direct deposit from Thursday 12am-12pm, and I dont receive my check until Friday after 9am, Ive called to ask questions about it and all I got was attitude. Ive had good experiences otherwise
