        WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED PAID 40$ FOR A 14$ ARRANGEMENT AT ANY OTHER FLORIST AND CHARGED 8$ FOR DELIVERY WHICH IS FREE AT OTHER FLORIST WHEN IT'S A LOCAL DELIVERY. DEFINITELY WONT USE THEM AGAIN.

        Melissa provided world class customer service by answering the phone highly professional, having empathy for the sudden loss of my father in law, ensured to pick out the appropriate flowers for the occasion, was able to charge my card, and deliver the flowers to my mother in law all in the same day. I thoroughly recommend this business for all your flower arrangement needs. I don't live anywhere near this state and I was just so assured everything will be taken care of from this standpoint and she delivered! Thank you a ton Melissa and Flowers By Starks.

        Today is my mother's birthday. I ordered online from another company and at 9am I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called and Candice answered the phone and she said I will take care of u. By 12pm my mom was smiling. She loves her roses. Thank u Candice u r the best...... The roses r beautiful. .
