    They do not stand behind their products, they ask you to sign away your rights to a refund. no refund, store credit only if you allow them to fix it. They patch it long enough to last 30 days. If you decide you no longer trust their products and ask for the store credit (only option) you have 30 days to use it or lose it. BUT since they trust their products less than you do, they will NOT give a store credit on the repair. They patch it long enough to get past the 30 days after that you are on your own. You just signed away hundreds of dollars, and now you have to go buy an appliance that actually works. Just save you time and you money and buy new. Appliance 4 Less is about the same price and the products are new with a year warranty and the stand behind their products and deliver. The employees treat their customers with respect. Appliance King's owners are rude and train their staff to treat their customers rudely as well. They have a lot to learn about business. Don't support these crooks. Go to Appliance 4 Less or some other business that knows how to treat their customers and that won't take your money and turn their backs on you. on't give them your hard earned money.

    Please If anyone is reading this review. DO NOT buy from these people because their equipment is no good. We bought a washer from these people and it wasn't 2 days before we had to bring it back at our expense. they are very rude at certain times when in conversation. Their return policy is ridiculous. stay away If you know what's good for ya...I do not recommend RUN!!!

    Once they get your money, doesn't matter whether the appliance works or not, you're stuck. They don't stand behind their products and do everything they can to make sure you have no right to recoup your money or a store credit. They want you to walk away and the fact that you just paid them hundreds of dollars doesn't matter. After several trips and being denied the right to simply exchange for something else, I cut my losses and walked away from $400.. They have no intention of making things right. They've gotten their money and you have nothing but the expectation of more rudeness and wasted time. I finally just walked away than to endure more mistreatment. Don't give these animals your hard earned money. They don't deserve to continue to be in business or they will continue to prey on the public. This warning is for you DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PREDATORS. If you need an appliance go to Appliances 4 Less. You get a1 year warranty and if anything goes wrong they will come to you to try to fix the problem if they can't fix it, they will exchange it. That 's the customer service. I expect. Did not get it from Appliance Kings. They purposely tried to make the process difficult. Better to walk away than deal with these monsters. Sabrina and the young man that work there were gracious and kind. OWNERS ARE GARBAGE AND THE OLDER GENTLEMAN WAS TRAINED TO BE AS RUDE AS POSSIBLE AND MAKE THE PROCESS AS UNCONFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE. TRAINED TO GET THE MONEY AND FORGET THE CUSTOMER. Not sure how they stay in business, but Save your money and go anywhere else.
