I purchased a chicken feed from the Florence store, and when I poured it into my feed bucket, there was mold in the bag. I lost two bags of feed because I poured it on top of another bag. When I called the store, Steve answered, said he was the store manager, and his customer service skills are sorely lacking. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he kept talking over me and would not listen to my situation. Im not lost the bag of feed that I bought from them that day but I lost a second bag because it was in the bucket I poured this bag into. I am thankful for the manager at the Darlington store. She was very helpful, even though she cant replace the second ruined bag. She listened and apologized for my experience with Steve. I will take the bag back to her tomorrow. I will never do business with the Florence store again. If I can update this, I will add a picture tomorrow because its already loaded in the car after I had to scoop it all out of my bucket. Good customer service, by Steve, would have included replacing the other bag that I had also bought contractor supply just
