These guys stole a $500 deposit from a rental during covid in which we could not fly to SC as planned, I rebooked with them and used an additional $500 as a deposit then that rental was cancelled without explanation. I have called repeatedly and the owner has not discussed the charges with me, let alone the late cancellation. I will remove this negative review if i can get anyone to discuss these charges with me. please. I just want my money back. I have the credit card records to prove it. Anyone reading this - look into big water marina, they have good customer service and have the same product. UPDATE: I spoke to the owner and he still refuses to honor a refund of my money. Pure greed. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

I can not write a kind enough review of JR and his staff. My sister and I were looking to rent a pontoon so we could go out on the lake to spread my fathers ashes. Unfortunately, the anniversary of his death fell on Easter and we were striking out everywhere. JR stepped up! He made a special accommodation so we could get a boat for the afternoon. Lynn was so incredibly sweet to come in on Easter and help us get underway. And she did it with a smile. The boat was brand new and perfect. It was super convenient not having to worry about filling up before we brought the boat back. They just took the gas money out of our deposit. So easy!! JR and Lynn made a difficult day a little less stressful. I truly can't say enough how kind they were. We will use them again under happier circumstances.
