I mean I don't hate it. I called and left VM that I was referred by a coworker and they called me back by a name that was not me at all. They clearly scribbled down my number and didn't listen to my full voicemail. They then told me they would get back to me on Monday with a quote because it was mid day on Friday. On Monday I had a text message that it was hectic and they didn't get all of my information. I never had any other contact.
