        I was nervous about needing a root canal, and Dr. Bowers was a referral from a friend. From the moment I walked into the office, I was welcomed by the professional staff. In the exam room, Dr. Bowers, his assistants, and staff were all first-rate experts. Dr. Bowers took extra time to make me feel comfortable, and how could you not? He's done over 30,000 root canals. It's always nice to do business and work with competent people. I was so impressed with Dr. Bowers and his staff during the consultation, I booked the first available appointment two days later. Upon arrival, everyone was ready, prepped, and got started. No waiting, just went straight on back. I was in and out within about 90 minutes. I have no pain, and returned to work about 2 hours after the sedative wore off. Zero complaints. Will recommend to everyone. Ultimate skills and ultimate professionals. Thank you all!

        I have only needed Dr. Bowers service a couple times and twice is enough. Not because of their care, it is excellent! His staff is efficient, friendly, caring and make me feel like I'm the only patient in the building. Dr. Bowers is kind, gentle, caring and considerate. When I needed their service, they quickly got me in for an appointment and had me feeling better by the next morning. I hope I never need his dental specialty again, but he will be my first choice, hands down, if I do.

        Friend of mine was banned from coming here just because they missed their appointment. He was working until 4am and was supposed to be there at 8 or 9. He was going to try to make it anyway but overslept. I've never heard of a place banning someone. Maybe charging a fee but not that extreme. They also said that the lady on the phone was very blunt about it. I told my friend I'm glad they're not going there if that's how they treat new patients who have lives outside of going to the doctor.

        Dr. Bowers, Jennifer, and Amber are fantastic!! Would not go anywhere else for a root canal. My husband was a little nervous and they took really good care of him! He said he never felt anything! Thank you all so much!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a root canal!!

      Thank you Lindsey for leaving a 1-Star Review, even though you or the person for whom you are leaving the review for has never been seen by our office.I see you are a serial reviewer of businesses on Google, most of which, you have zero interaction with. Please stop leaving reviews on behalf of other people in order to “fluff” the number of reviews on Google in order to increase YOUR user Level status, I see your are attempting to get to 1500. But since you left a review, I will professionally reply for all of our current and future patients to see in order that they understand why we have a "No Show” protocol.You are 100% correct regarding your review (although banned is a strong word-but point taken, I prefer-we simply asked your friend to seek treatment elsewhere). We are in the business of Dental Pain and Dental Infections. When someone No Shows, it has a WATERSHED EFFECT on our future patients (LINDSEY-use Google and figure out the WATERSHED EFFECT). Concurrently, we have a waiting list for 22 patients to be seen-most of whom are in Pain and Infected. Thus your friend not showing up affected others being seen who are in urgent need of care. For this reason, we cannot reschedule him and take a chance on another “No Show.”A NO SHOW for an EMERGENCY IS ALWAYS RE-SCHEDULED. We routinely re-schedule patients who have No Showed with legitimate reasons. Legitimate reasons include really anything except the reason your friend stated.So Lindsey I thank you again for leaving the 1-Star Review and please tell your friend as my staff did this morning , “Please call your General Dentist for a referral to another Endodontist.” -Dr. Bowers
