The customer service here is unseen in today's businesses. I spoke with Bill and he did everything he could to assist me and ended up saving me a boatload of money. I will stick with Upstate Insurance Solutions as long as I can. Very greatful and highly recommend!!

Mr.Bethea is an exceptional insurance agent, he will take the time to answer all your questions to your satisfaction. He was able to help me provide my family with the proper life insurance as well as give advice as to what I should do with it in the future. He was also able to help me get better and cheaper auto and home insurance.

From the beginning, Bill Bethea was able to get an incredible rate for our insurance needs-house and vehicles. Recently, our truck was stolen and never found. Bill Bethea and the employees at the main office were very helpful throughout the whole process of replacing the truck. They were very sensitive to the high cost of used cars in today's market and provided enough funds to get another truck. Great company!

Bill Bethea has assisted me in navigating my insurance needs after discussing pending retirement. He explained everything to me in detail and language that I understood while making me feel comfortable about my decisions on what will meet my specific needs. Bill is very good at what he does and I take comfort in knowing that he wasn't only available in helping me make decisions on insurance, but that he will continue to be available on an ongoing basis.
