The UPS Store

Most Amazon returns do require packaging. In fact, of the 10+ ways returns can be sent back to Amazon, there is only ONE that does not require packaging and is processed for free. That way is "The UPS Store - no box or label needed" option on Amazon that produces a QR code with "no box no label" underneath it. If you bring in a printed shipping label like the one you had, that item must be in appropriate shipment packaging which you can bring yourself or you have the option to purchase it from our store. We are a privately owned and operated franchise, we are not Amazon, and we are not in business to provide free packaging for everyone's returns. We do, however, happily process and package those consolidated returns that do not require packaging through the UPS Store and Amazon partnership that clearly states "no box no label" under the QR code. That option is not always available when you process your return on the Amazon site because it depends on the type of return (exchanges do not qualify), the type of item being returned, and the seller the item was purchased from, among other things.
