We had a leak in the valve of the sprinkler system I called to ask if he could com3 out and just shut it off at the meter. Ethan rushed out to give us a hand 5o shut it off. Very knowledgeable located where the leak was. My irritation company will come out when they can at least now the water is off! Thank you First Choice!

I recently purchased a condo in Myrtle Beach. The building is not a new building. I was concerned about a small leak in a bathroom wash basin. Living on an upper floor I decided to get it professionally inspected by a licensed plumber.First Choice was recommended by the Building Supt. I called their office and scheduled service. (2) Technicians (Christen and Justin) showed up as scheduled. I advised them of the issue and asked the they fully inspect all components. After (15) minutes they advised the leak was due to a loose connection which they remedied immediately and quickly. They advised all was good. They then advised there was no charge to correct the issue as it was so minor.
First off I was prepared to pay a service charge for the call out. The other amazing fact was the (2) techs made the decision not to charge for such a minor repair. NO call to the office was made for approval.
An amazing Company, that will be my first call or any future plumbing needs.
