        Just got off the phone with Terral Causey, shes been an agent there for years. I inquired about a renewal bill and the first thing that came out of her mouth was Ive got to hunt these people down. It was just a simple question as to why the increase but that was the first thing that came out of her mouth, the real reason was a rate increase. That should have been her response not her having to hunt these people down. I get it, you get paid based on your book of business but that is not a way to keep business.

        Terrible!! Takes weeks to get aut insurance and waited 6 months for business insurance. How can you run a insurance office like that!!!!??? No care for the local businesses or their customers.
