When this is ordered through a 3rd party website - and this is what I receive !? Completely unacceptable I live states away and figured this would be beautiful for my moms birthday since I am live so far . She sends me a pic and thanks me and I nearly die at what she received : how mortifying !!! Very disappointed in this small business . Glad I paid over $111 for this delivery- thankfully I forgot to add the chocolates because this would have probably been more of a disaster than what it was . If I knew this was going to be so horrid- I would have done instacart from a local grocery- those flowers prob would have been better then this small vase of what four flowers and fake berries !?

Wow!!! What a FANTASTIC and WONDERFUL floral shop AND MORE!!! Another florist I had a special order in for my husband's retirement called me the day the delivery was supposed to arrive and said that they would be unable to fulfill my order due to covid. I called Encore and they put together my order by going all over town to find what I required and even made a CUSTOM DESIGN ITEM AT THE LAST MINUTE!! Talk about exceptional customer service and quality and care. I will be giving them all of my business in the future for not just floral items but CUSTOM orders and wine and gift orders. You really do need to check out this wonder establishment run by Jeff Hardwick and his kind and compassionate staff, you will not be disappointed!
