Jimmy, Tyson's father, an exceptional contractor for several decades passed on the daily building operations to his son, Tyson. These two men will build you a solid well equipped home to suit your tastes. They aren't a large company that just builds based on established models and then says, "Here you go, this is what you get." They go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want, not what's been a set drawing plan for however long they've been drawn up. Great top shelf appliances, painting, wood moldings, finished garages that look just like the job they did in your living area (a plus not offered by larger builders), top of the line Heil HVAC system with an outdoor Trane condenser fan. Tyson is quick to always provide you with anything you might want or need to update your existing structure. He is accessible and calls or texts back promptly. Major large builders can't compete here. I've seen the builds of other competitors in the area prior to deciding on buying an EBC home. They pale drastically comparatively speaking in terms of their sub standard quality of build. Trust me, you won't be disappointed when viewing an EBC home. The pricing is great with respect to the quality components they offer you.

We had always heard people's horror stories about building a home, so that was the furthest thing from our mind. After unsuccessfully searching for the home we wanted, we were told about Tyson Gerald at Exclusive Builder Corp. Once we met him and discussed what we were wanting, Tyson was on board. He had the plans drawn up quickly and began the process on the land we purchased in September. We lived out of state, so Tyson was always in contact as to where we were with the house, and he always sent pictures to us. We would travel down a couple of times a month as well. Things went very well (of course a couple of slight glitches would come up) and we moved in 6 months later. We highly recommend using Exclusive Builder Corp.
