        Extremely impressed with the service I received at Hadwin-White. Michael Bomgardner- service writer took the initiative to inspect my vehicle on short notice without an appointment. Michael discovered my hatch latch on the rear door of my SUV was operating faulty and wouldn't lock leaving the door vulnerable. Michael assessed the vehicle and immediately made an executive decision to contact his supervisor and treat the situation as an emergency call and took the vehicle into service. Michael had the vehicle inspected with a mechanic to narrow down a solution to secure the vehicle, or we faced having a dead new battery which we just installed plus the risk of leaving our vehicle vulnerable over the weekend until we could get an appointment scheduled within the next few days. Michael you deserve more than five stars for your decision to take action and handle the issue. This GMC will continue to get serviced at your establishment. Thank You Again

        They found the nail in the tire and sealed it. Had my oil changed and checked for other features to be looked at. They were unable to find the problem in the steering wheel why it jerk when at a complete stand still. This never happened before. Was unable to find why this was going on.
